  • Add some salt and oil to the maida.
  • Add luke warm water to knead the dough. This will make the dough soft.
  • Stretch with palm with kneading the dough. This activates the gluten in the maida.
  • Make sure the dough is firm, yet stretchable.
  • Roll out the dough evenly and cut into small pieces using knife.
  • Sprinkle some maida and roll out evenly. Concentrate on the sides.
